Delivery collection areas and surcharges
The prices shown are for collections from RH1, RH2, RH3, RH4 & RH9. Collections from RH6, RH10 and RH11 incur a £3 + VAT surcharge per collection (not per consignment). Prices for other collection areas are available on request. All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Insurance is available – please ask at the time of booking. There is a £250 excess per claim.
Special considerations
If using a combination of different timed services, the appropriate total number of consignments will be charged for in all cases. All consignments must be collected at the same time for volume discounts to apply (one consignment may comprise up to ten packages with the same address). Destinations in the North of Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands will incur a surcharge - please ask for details.
Third party collections (collections from elsewhere in the UK and returned to you) will be charged at normal rate + £6. Collections can also be made from a third party address to be delivered elsewhere within mainland UK for normal rate + £6. Extra kilos will be charged at double the normal rate. All third party collections have to be booked before 1100 for collection that day otherwise collection will be made the next working day. Collections cannot be made on a Saturday.
Please be aware that the cut off time for overnights is 1500hrs. However, collections can be made after this time up until 1700hrs, subject to availability, and will also incur a £15 surcharge per collection (not per consignment).

We specialise in vans with a maximum payload of 700kgs (as in the picture) - suitable for the vast majority of deliveries we make - but can also supply a range of vehicles from motorbikes through to vans with tail-lifts and even 17 tonne lorries.
