Cost Effective Small Item Deliveries Using Bagits
Bagits are polythene sealable bags which can be used to send smaller items for overnight delivery. In most cases, these work out cheaper than the standard overnight price.
There are two different sizes of Bagits available: small and medium.
Small Bagits measure 33cms long by 23cms wide when sealed. They can typically hold a C4 envelope, providing it isn’t too thick.
Medium Bagits measure 42cms long by 30cms wide when sealed and will typically hold a C4 jiffy bag with a bundle of documents inside.
The weight limit for both sizes is 15kgs, which is more than adequate in almost all cases. If you are interested in using the Bagit service, please contact us and we will provide you with a supply in advance. (Please remember to leave them unsealed when the courier collects them from you.)

Delivery collection areas and surcharges
The prices listed are for collections from RH1, RH2, RH3, RH4 & RH9. Collections from RH6, RH10 and RH11 incur a £3 + VAT surcharge per collection (not per consignment). Prices for other collection areas are available on request. All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
NB As with standard overnights, the cut off time is 1500hrs. However, collections can be made after this time up until 1700hrs, subject to availability. These will incur a £15 surcharge per collection (not per consignment). We do not offer Saturday delivery for Bagits as it is more expensive anyway.

You may not know which vehicle you need for your delivery. Don’t worry - we’ll help you every step of the way. Talk to us and we’ll make sure your package is sent in the most suitable manner.
We specialise in vans with a maximum payload of 700kgs (as in the picture) - suitable for the vast majority of deliveries we make - but can also supply a range of vehicles from motorbikes through to vans with tail-lifts and even 17 tonne lorries.
If it needs moving, we can usually move it! Just call us to discuss the options.
